Jews of Color Count

#JOCsCOUNT

We believe that all Jewish People of Color count and deserve to be treated with dignity.

Frequent and consistent experiences of racism acted upon Jews of Color in Jewish spaces demonstrate the urgent need for diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice work – regardless of how many Jews of Color exist or where they live. Any exclusion, discrimination, or racism that Jews experience in communal spaces is not simply unfortunate, it’s unacceptable.

We believe in a vision of a multiracial, multiethnic Jewish community that is loving, caring, and equitable, where all of us can thrive, be free, and live in dignity.
